What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service at info@bynoon.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store, so if you need to return or exchange a product please email info@bynoon.com

How long does it take for my order to ship? 

We ship orders Monday - Friday. All orders take 1-2 business days to process and prepare for shipping. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website or you can login to your account for updated order status and tracking. 

Do you ship on major holidays? 

No, we do not ship on major holidays. In fact, just like you, we like to give our team a little breather ever now and then. We are closed on all major holidays.
